spinach pizza

INGREDIENTS :-


pizza : 1 frozen with little bit stuff on it
spinach curry : 3 tbs
mozzarella cheese : 1 ball
oregano :little bit
olives : 3 to 5

GET SET READY:- 


1 : put the frozen pizza for 5 min in warm place
2 : spread some spinach and potato curry on it .
3: then put shredded cheese on it.
4 : now put some olives .
5 : put in the oven on 180° for 15 min.
6 : takeout spread some oregano and tomato ketchup.
7 : serve and enjoy .

HUMMUS

HUMMUS INGREDIENTS :-


chick peas : 2 cups boiled
black pepper powder:1 ts
salt : to taste
fresh coriander : some leaves
olive oil :5 to 7 tbs
garlic cloves : 5 to 7
tahini sauce : 1 tbs
water : little bit

PREPARATION :-



  1. take a blender , put chick peas , black pepper powder, salt , fresh coriander ,garlic cloves , tahini sauce, and a little bit of water.
  2. blend all these ingredients together for 5 minutes.
  3. take a pan and heat up the oil , put this hummus mixture in it and cook for 5 minutes for better taste .
  4. serve with olive oil ,olives , khubbus http://butterybooks.com/breads/khubz-arabic-flatbread-recipe/ ,roasted items .

YUMMY ROAST

Yummy Chicken Roast :-


chicken : 1 big
salt :1 tbs to taste
red chili powder : 1ts
black pepper powder : 1ts
chicken roast masala (Turkish or Arabic ) : 3 tbs
honey : 1 1/2 tbs
soy sauce : 3 tbs to taste
vinegar :3 tbs
lime juice : 1 tbs
onion :1 small
tomatoe : 1 small
garlic : 5 cloves
oil : to grease the chicken


Preparation time :-

  1. wash your hand and say بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
  2. wash the chicken very well from the up and in side.
  3.  take a knife and just rub over the chicken to remove extra things from skin.
  4. do not remove the skin.
  5. remove the wings and the tail .
  6.  make a nice pocket in between chicken and chicken skin.
  7.  wash it again.
  8. now mix all the spices ( salt , red chili powder , black pepper powder , chicken roast masala,    honey ,soy sauce , vinegar , lime juice ).if its too think add 1 tbs of water.
  9. now take the skin up and make the deep cuts in the chicken meat .
  10. now put the mixture of your spices  in the cuts and apply this mixture in or at the chicken (upper skin , in the skin , in the cuts , and in the chicken).
  11. cut the onion and tomato roughly , and peel off the ginger cloves.
  12. put all the vegetables (onion ,tomato and garlic) in the chicken.
  13. rap the chicken tightly with plastic and leave it in the fridge for 5 to 7 hour.
  14. take it out and put it on the grilling pan and put it in the oven on 180 °  for 45 min .
  15. then take it out and grease the chicken with oil and put it again in the oven for more 20 to 25 minutes .
  16. serve with hummus , vinegar pickles , salad and olives .
  17. enjoy your meal .

TRES LECHES CAKE



Ingredients:

1 stick butter, softened to room temperature: 130grams
3/4 cup : Sugar
5 : Eggs
½ teaspoon : Vanilla extract
1 ½ cups : All-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons : Baking powder
Cooking oil spray (for baking dish)
Fresh cream : 200 grams
12-oz. can : Evaporated milk
14-oz. can : Sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups : Whipping cream
¼ cup : Powder sugar




1 :- In a large bowl, beat ½ cup butter and 1 cup sugar until fluffy with hand mixer:
2 :- Add 5 eggs and ½ teaspoon vanilla, and beat until well combined.
3 :- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour and 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder.
4 :- Gradually add dry ingredients into liquid ingredients.
5 :- Stirring continually until all of the flour mixture is incorporated into the butter and egg mixture.
6 :- Pour batter into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray.
7 :- Bake at 350 degrees (F) until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8 :- The baking time may 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
9 :- Remove cake from oven and use a fork to pierce the cake all over. Set cake aside.

1 :- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together1 cup of fresh cream or whipping cream, a 12-oz. can of evaporated milk, and a 14-oz. can of sweetened condensed milk. 2 :- Pour the milk mixture over the top of the cake, covering it thoroughly.
3 :- Cool to room temperature.
4 :- Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.

1 :- In a medium mixing bowl, beat 1 ½ cups whipping cream(chilled) until stiff peaks form.
2 :- Add ¼ cups of powder sugar and beat just until blended. Spread over top of cake.
3 :-Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
4 :- Cut into squares and serve with a garnish with fruits,( mango) or chocolate or serve with ice cream. !!!

TRIFLE , DESSERT CAKE

TRIFLE :-

Mango juice :1/2 cup (as required)
Fresh cream : 500 grams
Mascarpone : 500 grams
Roll cake : 1 packet
Fruits : as required
Jelly : if needed




1 :- Whip the cream and then mix it gently in mascarpone with some of powdered sugar , it ready for layering.


2 :- Put some juice on the layer of cake , (cut the cake into small pieces).
3 :- Now add fruits and jelly then a layer of cream .
4 :- Repeat again , and garnish with some chocolate :)
5 :- Serve with fruits put some honey when serving , enjoy

CRISPY FINGER CHIPS

Yummy and crispy finger chips :-

Oil : for frying
Chick peas flour :1 1/2 cup
Egg : 1 beaten
Cumin seeds : 2 tbs
Dry coriander : crushed : 1 tbs
Tomato : 1 very thinly chopped
Onion : 1 very thinly chopped
Green chilies : 3 thinly chopped
Coriander and mint paste : 3 tbs
Salt : to taste
Red chilies: 1 ts
Black pepper : 1/2 ts
Potatoes : 1 kg

1 :- Sieve the flour twice put salt , pepper , chilies, tomato, green chilies, onion, cumin seeds , crushed coriander , paste of mint and coriander and beaten egg.
2 :- Add water and make nice and smooth batter (thin).
3 :- Cut the potatoes in thin finger shape and put them in the batter .
4 :- Heat up the oil , when its real hot take some potatoes with hand and put in the oil.
5 :- Fry them until golden reddish color .
6 :- Serve it hot , with ketchup yogurt , chutni whatever , enjoy :)

CHICKEN KARAHI PIZZA

PIZZA DOUGH :-
...................................................

Flour : 2 cups (self rising flour)
Yeast : 1 sachet
Salt : 1/2 ts
Sugar : 1 ts
Water : warm for kneading
Oil : 3 to 5 tbs

1 :- Sieve the flour twice .
2 :- Add salt, sugar, yeast and oil in the flour .
3 :- Knead it with warm water for about 10 minute.
4 :- Cover it and leave it in the warm place for 30 minutes to 1 hr to rise up .
5 :- Take a pizza plate or tray spray with oil and put the dough on it , spread the dough in the tray evenly .
6 :- Take a fork and make wholes in the dough to take out all the air.

CHICKEN KARAHI PIZZA TOPPING :-

Chicken pieces from chicken karahi : 3 medium
Mozzarella cheese : 2 balls
Gouda cheese : as required
ketchup : as required
black pepper : 1 to 1/2 ts
sweet corn : 1/2 tin small
onion : 1 small(round slices)
oregano : little bit

1 :- Now spread some ketchup mixed with some black pepper powder .
2 :- Now take 1 ball of mozzarella cheese (grate it) and spread on the pizza dough.
3 :- Take some shredded chicken from chicken karahi , and spread it (without oil) ,
4 :- Now spread some corn and 1 small round onion .
5 :- Than spread Gouda cheese and 1 ball of mozzarella cheese(shredded) spread it all over.
6 :- Put it in the pre heated oven at 180° for 20 to 30 minutes depending on oven settings .
7 :- When done take it out (turn the oven off ), spread some oregano and put in the oven for 5 minutes.
8 :- Take it out and serve after 10 minutes to settle down the cheese .
9 :- Serve with ketchup , Enjoy :)


CHIKKAR CHANNAY


AALO CHANNAY KI BHAJJIA ; (CHHIKKAR CHANNAY):-

Olive oil : 5 tbs
Tomato :1 medium
Green chilies : 5
Fresh corriander : 1/2 gaddi
Onion :1 small
Kaloonji (nigella seeds):1 tbs
Turmeric :1/2 ts
Red chilli powder :1/2 ts
Cumin powder : 1/2 ts
Potatoes: 2 medium
Water 2 cup
Salt :t o taste
Chick peas : 1 1/2 cup (boiled)

1 :- Put the sliced onions in the preheated oil.
2 :- When they turned out light brown add sliced tomato .
3 :- And after 2 minute add the spices (kaloonji , cumin powder , turmeric, red chili powder) and cook for 2 minutes.
4 :- Than add chick peas , coriander ,and green chilies in it cook for 5 min.
5 :- Than add 2 cups of water and potatos.
6 :- When curry is boiled add salt and cook until potatoes are done.
7 :- Than take a spoon for mashing up and mash the curry little bit .

Serve with poori , chapati,rice , and enjoy :)

BLACK CHICK PEAS


KALAY CHANNAY (BLACK CHICK PEA) :-

Kalay channay (black chick peas) : 2 cups
Water : 6 to 8(as required)
Ginger : 1 tea spoon paste
Garlic : 1 tea spoon paste
Tomato puree : 6 medium
Black pepper : 1 ts
Salt : 1 1/2
Red chilli powder : 1 ts
Cumin seed : 1 tbs
Onions : 1 chopped
Olive oil : just little bit

1 : Soak black chick peas over night .

2 : Put peas in water with some salt , on medium to low heat until soft (if u wish to use pressure cooker u can ).

3 : Make puree , take tomatoes and remove the skin (upper layer) , now put some olive oil (3 tbs) in pan , heat up and add sliced tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft and in paste shape (thickened).

4 : Now add the ginger garlic paste in black chick peas .

5 : Now fry the chopped onions until light golden brown and make a nice paste with wooden spoon , now add cumin seeds in it and cook for 1 minute then add the paste in peas.

6 : Add tomato puree in the curry (black chick peas) and cook until the curry is thickened .

* If needed add more warm water (don't use cold water ,it will not allow your peas to cook and soft) ,Black chick peas are ready to serve , enjoy :)

MASH DAAL (URAD DAAL)


daal mash (urad daal) :-

Garlic : 10 cloves
Tomatoes : 2 medium
Onion : 1 medium
Green chilies : 3 to 5
Olive oil : 5 tbs
Salt : 1ts (to taste)
Red chili powder : 1 ts
Turmeric :1/4 ts
Cumin seeds : 1 ts
Corriander seeds : 1 ts
Ginger powder : 1/4 ts
Mint , corriander paste : 1 tbs
Cumin powder:2 ts
Daal mash (urad) : 2 cups

Preparation
...........................

1 : Crush the garlic cloves.
2 : Chopp the tomatoes onions , and green chilies
3 : Take a plate and put all the dry spices in it. (salt , red chili powder, turmeric , cumin seeds, corriander seeds crushed,ginger powder , cumin powder.)
4 : Soak daal for 4 to 5 hrs then boil it

Time To Cook

1 : Heat up the oil and fry the onions until golden brown .
2 : Put crushed garlic and tomatoes in it .
3 : After 2 min add all spieces in it and cook until smooth curry
4 : Put boiled daal in it and some water and cook for 5 to 10 min .
5 : Add green chilies and paste of coriander and mint in it .
6 : Cook for 5 min and serve with butter garnish . :)

CHICK PEAS RICE

CHICK PEA RICE:-

rice : 500 grams
water : 2 cups (as required)
tomatoes : 3 medium
onion :1 small
cumin seeds :1 tbs
salt : to taste
black pepper : 1ts
corn : 1/2 small tin
chick peas : boiled ,1 cup
butter : 50 grams
green chilies : 3

1 : chop the onion and tomatoes.
2 : cut the green chilies from toe to top .
3 : fry the onions until pinkish than add cumin seeds and fry for 1
minute.
4 : now add tomatoes and cook very well .
5 : now add chick peas , corn , salt and black pepper powder mix and
cook for 10 minutes.
6 : now add water and boil until bubbly.
7 : now wash the rice and put in the water.
8 : cook on higher heat.
9 : add butter and green chilies .
10 : when water is nearly dis appears , turn the heat to medium .
11 : cook for 5 min then turn the heat to lowest point and cover it tightly.
12 : leave it for 10 to 15 min .
13 : turn off the heat garnish with fresh coriander and serve :)
