chick peas : 2 cups boiled
black pepper powder:1 ts
salt : to taste
fresh coriander : some leaves
olive oil :5 to 7 tbs
garlic cloves : 5 to 7
tahini sauce : 1 tbs
water : little bit
PREPARATION :-
- take a blender , put chick peas , black pepper powder, salt , fresh coriander ,garlic cloves , tahini sauce, and a little bit of water.
- blend all these ingredients together for 5 minutes.
- take a pan and heat up the oil , put this hummus mixture in it and cook for 5 minutes for better taste .
- serve with olive oil ,olives , khubbus http://butterybooks.com/breads/khubz-arabic-flatbread-recipe/ ,roasted items .
